In this one session, we use MBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) identify and release a stuck negative emotion/pattern, unprocessed trauma, limiting beliefs that is withholding you from stepping into your true power. You will feel a deep sense of clarity, personal empowerment and realignment with your authentic empowered self.

DEEP DIVE

4x 2 HOUR MBIT SESSION

In these 4 sessions, we will deep dive into all the subconscious limiting beliefs, unprocessed negative emotions /traumas you carry and we will shift them on the deepest levels. These sessions will not only shift the way you think, feel, act and create your life, but will shift your energy on a core level. When you shift your energy, reality shifts with you. Step into the life you dream of with ease and without the subconscious patterns keeping you stuck in a reality that you don't to live. Claim your power back.

In this program, we take control of all aspects of your life. We dive into the subconscious patterns withholding you from your true power, across health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, finance, and creative expression. My Journey

I got introduced to the potential of coaching when I was 20 years old, when a coaching session helped my release the limiting belief of not being good enough.

I subconsciously shaped my life around this belief, where I people pleased, didn't take responsibility for my actions, stepped into wrong relationships and made choices that were not in alignment with myself. and I instantly knew that I want others to feel the relief and inspiration that I felt.

I studied Neuro Coaching, NLP, Neuro Link Brain Profiling, Breathwork, Meditation and deep dived Shamanism to get a fuller understand of the human condition and how we can tap into our highest self and embody our fullest potential.

I went through a dark night of the soul on my searches for personal power and got involved with Satanism. I broke free of that and was left broken in a million pieces. That is when I got introduced to Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (MBIT).
